He was recruited by Brotic in one of his travels to the traiding post where he found Cordoza gambling for food and treasure, Brotic took him home and gave him a job as a sales man. This angered Cordoza at firs since he considered selling stuff stupid and boring but son he grew to like it and eventually enjoy it.
