Do you ever wonder if clouds are real? Cecil does. This peculiar spiral with a very soothing voice often speaks of the strangest things. His radio show, broadcasted from a cave in the central camp of the Clan of the Fractured Soul, often poses questions like these. He also advises listeners to stay away from hainu territory (that he claims has no hainu) and that the moon is watching us. He blames the Ashfall Waste for everything.
But as weird as Cecil is, he's still quite sweet. And a huge nerd. He does a lot of reading in his spare time. Apparently he joined the lightning flight because 'science is neat.' He's... Quite bad at science, far more adept in magic, but the poor spiral is trying to understand. Mainly for the benefit of his crush Carlos.
He also has a floating, spacial Fae friend named Khoshekh. The Fae is very friendly and is almost like his pet. They get along fabulously.
Who knows what this natural desert-dweller (because oddly enough, this spiral has always been here. How did he get shadow eyes
