Hatchling Carer
"I guard the young and the new-born."

Kintsugi's charge is caring for the young. He has a nature suited to this; kind and gentle with boundless patience. He tends to the nests, making sure all of the eggs are in prime condition. He looks after the hatchlings when they are new born, making sure they don't blunder into danger. He allows them to climb over his hide and endures their sharp little teeth when they bite down on his glittering scales. He will, however, twitch when his scales get dirty. When it is the hatchlings he is more understanding; as they known no better. His patience only runs thin when adult dragons purposefully damage his scales; his disapprove will quickly spread amongst the lair, and no one wants that stigma on them. He is well loved within the clan and often forced to take a break. He'll work himself to death otherwise. Even then, he will often take up tasks meant for others- he can't stand to do nothing.

Due to the fact that he essentially brings up all hatchlings in the clan, he is close to most of the parental pairs. They all treat him with the utmost respect and are very friendly with him. His job is a delicate one worthy of respect, and that respect both honours and flusters him. Whilst he is always happy to do his job, lately he feels that something is missing in his life. Perhaps a change of scenery would remedy that.
