As a young dragon living happily in a different clan, Jess never wanted or expected children. When the unexpected happened in a drunken fling, the young mother was left afraid and nervous. She tried her best to raise them and with the help of the clan was mostly successful.

When her three children were old enough to venture forth on their own it was mostly a relief and Jess took the time to get back to her hobbies which included cataloging the clans hoard and tinkering in her free time.

Her happiness and relaxation was cut short when her oldest son left the clan unexpectantly without so much as a word of goodbye. Harry was always a quite child, happy for the most part yet distant which became more apparent as he grew. And as much as Jess tried to put it out of her mind, she just couldn't shake the swelling worry in her heart.

It only took her a week to decide she would follow after him. She had to know Harry was safe.

Following any lead that would bring her closer to finding him, eventually the rumors brought her to Rahziel's clan. Or rather...the broken factions that were on the brink of an interclan war.
Jess could tell that the dragons within in the clan knew something...something that they were reluctant to tell her.

She knew was that her son was in trouble. And she would help him no matter what.
