Syrinx isn't just any regular dragon; he was planned. The Flamecaller herself came to the original founders of this clan with her divine message. This was to be no ordinary clan. Not one with a founding mother and father to watch over them for the ages. Not one with the glitz, glamor, or over the top apparel. This clan was to get back to the roots of what it truly meant to serve the most important deity of all, and it was going to take a special dragon to watch over them.

Nearly one year after being founded, the proper dragons were recruited to the clan - the ones who would rear the chosen one. Cere and Patagium bore many offspring, but only one could rule. From among the many Fae and Ridgebacks, a single Wildclaw miraculously hatched. Syrinx was sent from the Flamecaller.

Syrinx's siblings and parents went on to serve the Flamecaller, and the young dragon was left to grow. He was trained by two female Imperials - Gyri and Melanoma - to fight and lead. From the earliest of days, he knew that his other job was to give rise to many great dragons. Unlike most of his kind, he would mate with many of his female clanmates to spread his royal genes far and wide. His true partner is Bacillus, a fellow Wildclaw male.
