Palegem is the daughter of Risingplight and Rosescales. She's been raised in a similar way to Duna was; spoiled. And though her parents mostly focused on spoiling her with knowledge, she has a wide array of trinkets.

After suffering several seasons in seclusion with the rest of Seahaven's hostages, Palegem's mother and father were able to sneak her out. A slip and a push, and out she burst, back into the glittering daylight. Fervently, Palegem rushed back to her former home -- only to find a crumbling costal village. Her friends from before the chasm of the Empire greeted her warmly. However, despite their warmth, Palegem could not help but feel alienated from them all. They could not imagine her suffering. The deafening isolation, the choking fear, the cutting hunger.

Putting that all aside, it is now time to rebuild her life and heal from the mental wounds she has endured.
