Zarei

In Zarei's youth, he was a petty thief who stole medicinal drugs and sold them for a profit. Fortunately, he did not reside in a convential Plague clan who would have gave him the traditional penalty of chopping all four of his limbs off. Instead, he lived in a clan who was an old colony of the fire dragons. They had an assimilated culture and had more modern practices and systems. More importantly, they did NOT let common criminals die a death sentence. Zarei was merely given community service to the doctor he stole from.

As time progressed, Zarei learned much about medical practices; especially about tending to incredibly gruesome blights and diseases. Unfortunately, he did not have certificates or licenses that enabled him to become a legal practicioner. When his service to the doctor ended, he had no money or means to get the proper documents. So he developed an illegal clinic of his own.

He helped many dragons, but out of fear of prison, he fled to a Wind clan. The very clan he is now! With the help of many, he eventually did become an official doctor. He studied many years in a university before getting a proper license. He is so proud of himself! Now, he is a doctor to the clan.

Zarei has a very brash and arrogant nature. He can be a very demanding dragon sometimes, to the point where it can be obnoxious! But despite that hard-shell outside, he is very wary of making new friends. He regards few to be his true friends. He even has a hard time opening up to them!
