By some strange happenstance or another, Wander, a self-titled 'traveling magician', found himself deep within the mountainous crags of the scarred wasteland. Any who approach him will devise very little - that is to say, like so many dragons who manage to lose themselves this far in the crags, he inevitably drank from the river that snakes through the narrow pocket of tunnels. And as any who drink from it can atest, soon after they find themselves curiously bereft of their memories.

Wander has shown no interest in joining the clan that occupies the caverns. Instead, he spends his days navigating the stretch of river that crosses between the network of caves. Some believe he is searching for its end; they also say he has never found it. It is commonplace for any youngling brave enough to venture outside the clan's cavernous home and approach the skydancer to be treated with one of his many tricks - pulling a white raven from his hat or making his pet, the clouddancer he calls Eldr, disappear.

Still, the children are warned to stay away. Best to keep to the dark of the caves where it is familiar, and leave be just another dragon the land has claimed for madness. Those who ask of him are simply told, "He is Wander, for he will forever do just that."
