Aura remembers another life. She remembers falling in love, love deep and true. She remembers pain. Clawing, biting pain, watching her love being ripped away from her, watching as the life faded from his eyes, yet they still reflected the silver sky. She remembers weeping alone in the moonlight, dark wings glistening under the light of a million tiny stars. She remembers loneliness.
She remembers dying. Fading into nothingness. Gleaming light surrounding her. Awakening with a myriad of feathers and the glint of snowflakes surrounding her. Aura remembers.
