The founder of the Clan, though she prefers not to be called a leader. The Fae-only Clan she'd come from was simply too boring for her, so she set off to find greener pastures elsewhere. She met up with Sangue, the Guardian, who had been on his Search. Thankfully for him, the Search ended with Kanana, as he felt the irrestistable urge to protect her almost as soon as he met her, and named her his Charge. With his Search now ended with her, he agreed to start a Clan with Kanana, and helped her dig out a lair. Over time, more and more dragons have joined, and Kanana has taken on the role of Courier to run messages to and from other Clans. She left the job of "Leader" to Sangue, as she wasn't interested in all of the responsibility. Over the time that Sangue and Kanana have been together, they've had many clutches of eggs, though no offspring have ever remained in the Clan.
