Never met a stranger she didn't know.


When she came from Plague lands, she was severely ill and half-starved. Deliriously rambling, she flopped over Altair's examination table, sobbing in horror when she saw his red eyes. She thrashed herself into exhaustion and collapsed, and for a while it seemed doubtful she would pull through. Lorik was immediately drawn to her brilliant colors, which reminded him of his time spent in the Flamecaller's lands, and spent many days by her bedside waiting for her to wake up. Rosen donated his prized scarf to keep her warm while she recovered.

Her snowfall Elk reminds her of home. She dreams of snow and ice, and when she wakes, Lorik paints them for her.

While she suffers from the speech impediments common to her species, Diana is gifted with a phenomenal mastery of written draconic. Lately, she's been putting her skills to use, amazing the other clan members with her deft language and lyrical prose. On Saturdays she hosts fantasy tabletop gaming sessions where she leads groups on epic journeys across Sorneith, battling the Shade, into the far future or past, occasionally fighting as Beastclan or the mythical two-legged beasts of the Second Age. Some dragons deride this hobby, but almost everyone in the clan has sat down to at least one game. The die-hard fans she finds are the most unexpected, among them Loki and Darkkon (who always plays the hero).

Very self-assured, Diana has a tendency to butt in and make you her friend. She has an almost uncannily Skydancer-like sense of when someone needs support (even if they don't know it themselves), but this skill was developed from long hours of watching her fellow clan mates.
