Netta was not expected to hatch, much less to live. Her egg was small and delicate, as was she. Nevertheless, she matured into an adult, never growing larger than a fae. Some said it was a curse, a blessing, the Shade's corruption, the Lightweaver's mercy. Longing for peace and quiet, not debate about her existence, Netta often slipped away to the woods, taking solace in the tranquility of nature, and eventually, leading her to a period of seclusion in the Viridian Labyrinth.

When Netta returned to the Sunbeam Ruins, the rumors about her had not grown any less wild, but she was prepared for them. She offered the skills she'd learned in the shadow of the Behemoth, using her size to her advantage to hide in the undergrowth, hunting with surprising efficiency, watching for the approach of dangerous creatures.
