Kairo is one of dozens of children of an ancient pair. They were born directly of the Lightweaver millennia ago, which few Imperials can claim. Their rarity and fame followed her when she left their home, as all of their children do as soon as they are old enough to fly. Something compels them to leave.
She is treated like royalty everywhere she goes, the acolytes of the light seem to want to be closer to the lightweaver in whatever way they can. They dream of paying tribute to one of the true ancients but believe they may never see one. Despite Kairo herself having never experienced the Lightweaver and owing him no allegiance, dragonkind seem intent on giving her gifts in his stead.
The Shrieking Wilds is now where she considers home. She always had a fondness for plants and grew tired of the endless storms of her homeland. The dragons here treat her kindly, and only a few seem to be aware of her lineage. She tends to be sarcastic to a fault, and has made good friends with Deet since she joined the clan. They bonded, seeing a similarity in their birth situations.
