It's hard to look at him properly... almost like trying to focus in on a mirage or on a dream. It makes your head hurt.

Iridescent flakes fall off as he walks... Almost like he's falling apart. Almost like he's only held together by hasty bandages and an age-long spell... Curse? Nearly the same thing, as his opal pieces seem to eternally regrow only to crumble again.
The Thing in the back of the 'empty' cavern tends to attract the strange. He is no exception. One would expect him to be around the imperial with a similiar status of... being more, and indeed the gardener does refill the herb pouch when asked, but they mostly go separate paths.

Which raises more questions. Why does he so desperately cling to the herb pouch, as if it could stave off his curse? Why are his hind limbs in such a raw state that nothing can be worn on them? And why are his chest and main body wrappings so bloody and... loose, as if wrapping around thin air?
