B I O G R A P H Y

______ A young Imperial found by Jaden lost in the many blizzards that tear through the great Snowsquall Tundra. Cold and starving the Mirror brought the small dragon back to the safety of the Clan EverSpring. She had Rika tend to the young Imperial when her duties as Matriarch kept her from him. Rika named the baby Lucien for his bright scales. With a clan to call his home the Imp quickly outgrew his caretakers smaller sizes.

______ He grew under the tutelage of both Matriarchs of present and old to become a well rounded dragon. He then trained under Zemira and Juniper to be of service to the Clan. He finally settled to learn from the elder Artemis, the Clan’s wisest dragon as he had been able to soothe a potentially dangerous conflict the Clan was nearly dragged into with a Beastclan years ago. Lucien longed to create a small group that could do what Artemis does with the grace of Jayden and Runewing.

______ During a hunting trip he happened upon a battered young Imperial who’s scales shimmered in the morning light. The Imp had come from the land of Nature and ran into some angry harpies in his journey here. He had finally stopped to recoup from his battle. A large cut on his right side was still bleeding so Lucien brings him back to the Clan. The Imperial introduced himself as Qizon and politely requested to be allowed to stay. Lucien was given charge of Qizon and the two started the eventual three Imperial group of Soothing Songs.

Lucien hated fighting. He hated seeing the dragons he cared about bicker and snarl and wrestle. He hated the wounds that sometimes arose. And oh, how much worse it was when it was between close friends. But what could he do? He had never been that elegant. A solution, though, was presented to him. After all, dragons with silver tongues and soothing tones existed. And they were willing to teach him. He was as willing to learn as others were to teach him. So he would learn and in turn, perhaps he could teach a new way to dragons.
