A B O U T
Fen is a wanderer at heart and is only seen in the clan common areas during mealtimes. They spend much of their day and sometimes days at a time wandering the surrounding areas, picking up the little treasures that she finds during her travels. These often take the form of pretty cloth scraps, interestingly shaped sticks, battered or broken trinkets, unique stones, and other such oddities that really only have value to her.

Her finds are carried with her to Olivier’s Junk Shop where they can be sorted, along with Olivier’s acquisitions. Though some can be tagged and catalogued for sale, many more are added to her own personal hoard. She keeps the shiniest trinkets with her to entertain hatchlings, telling them stories of how they were found or what makes them special.

Though she desires no hatchlings of her own, she seems to have a soft spot for them. She loves their curiosity and often indulges the young dragons with interesting facts and tales of her explorations. Her patience and willingness to spend time with them have made her quite a popular caretaker for the older hatchlings, whose thirst for knowledge knows no bounds.

Though she less commonly spends time with adult dragons, she has formed exceptionally strong parental bonds with Lethe and Olivier.

H I S T O R Y
Growing up, Fen always seemed to take more after the bogsneak mother she was named for. She enjoys frequent soaks in still ponds full of algae, and generally prefers solitude to the company of most adult dragons. However, her snapper roots did manifest strongly in her desire to explore. She has never been able to stay in one place for too long, itching to be off and see new things.

As a hatchling, she would often wander off to explore everything about the wonderful world she had been born to. She left her home at a very young age and has spent years travelling to more places and meeting more dragons than most do in a lifetime. She has no shortage of stories to share should anyone ask.

She seems to have finally settled into the southern regions of the Dragonhome. Though she was a faithful assistant to Murdoch the archaeologist for a number of years and is grateful for the discoveries she was able to participate in, archaeology was never her heart’s desire. Recently, she has found great joy in helping operate the Junk Shop, run by Olivier, who shares her enthusiasm for trinkets most dragons might deem useless.
