Biography
Of the third three kids, Ganache had a fascination with the consistency and malleability of chocolates. He liked to pour it, shape it, bake it, and do whatever he could to find a new way to make chocolate stand out as a dessert. As such, he got along very well with his older brother Fudge, who taught him many of his special decorating secrets of his own craft. Ganache's innovation as a chocolatier has stunned the mouths of dragon after dragon ever since he was a kid. As the first sibling, Ganache was the first dragon of all of Gelato's and Cookie's kids to come out as trans. From a young age, he identified with male concepts, and would always follow in the footseps of Fudge, with whom he confided his feelings of masculinity. He was happy to learn that not only his older brother, but his sisters and his parents, fully accepted his identity, adjusting quite easily to the change. Ganache never felt closer to his family until that point. Once he came out, Ganache became much more involved with gender and sexual identities with other dragons. He would use his sweets as treats for those who were struggling to figure themselves out or needed support in coming out. He became a leading figure in the Sundae family as not just a dessert maker, but a gender specialist. His family is beyond proud of his courage and strength to be where, and who, he is today. Every so often Ganache will come across a dragon who bullies him for either his gender, his profession of choice, or both. Though it stings every time, his chocolate work is such a part of him as is his gender, that he uses it as a coping mechanism to give him something else to think about. An occasional visit home reminds him that baking is a profession for all people of all genders, and one's desires do not categorize one's identity, and vice versa.

Sundae dragons, in their family line, all have a knack for the sweet and delicious. Ever since they hatch, Sundae dragons are exposed to the wonders of the culinary arts, and are immediately brought to the kitchen when old enough. Each dragon finds their own special talent within the world of cooking and baking, which may be adapted there or otherwise. Due to the natural infusions of their family recipes' ingredients, most Sundae dragons tend to hail from the Viridian Labyrinth, although some are known to venture off into other lands, generations to come. All Sundae dragons take from their family line of delicious plumage, that making them appear like chocolate swirl ice cream or chocolate chip cookies to show off their lineage, with accents of fluffy frosting.
