Biography
This Bio is mostly an incomplete collection of odds and ends.
Ghanapriya
\GAHN•(ah)•pree•yah\ (ah) de-emphasized and nearly absent
[Chronomancer • Wind Emissary]
Artistic • Whimsical • Dreamer
Priya, as she most often goes by, is both playful and graceful and the only one who visibly thaws her stoic bonded, Jaldhar, into smiles and warmth.
Highly intelligent, she specializes in chronomancy and time-related spellwork, always researching some new, in-depth aspect. Often to the point she seems flighty and distracted. In short, she often suffers from absent-minded professor moments. When not immersed in her research she may be lost in artistic pursuit or daydreaming (Especially likely while cozy with Jaldhar). They are one of those couples, making everyone either warm and fuzzy inside just to see or jealous (or "nauseated" if you are so not jealous). The two even bonded with matching companions given matching names, Aurora and Borealis. While deep in thought, she often plays absently in the clouds or flies loops like a fancy sort of pacing. Many times this devolves into play with Borealis, races and chases where she flies low to the ground and lets the delicate creature eventually catch her. Every once in a rare moon these hide-and-seek-chase moments will involve a playfully goaded Jaldhar and his equally stoic, starry ampelope, Aurora. Of final note, Priya is intersex and gender fluid, most often presenting as female. As evidenced by this entry, she prefers female pronouns for convenience sake, not particularly minding the occasional male and neutral pronouns in the least. |

Additional Notes:
- Purchased as one of a mated pair with Jaldhar. I went looking for names based on peacocks for her, with plans to look for names based on clouds for Jaldhar, her mate. As if fate had a hand in this pairing, I almost immediately found the name Ghanapriya, which not only means peacock, but also means "lover of clouds" or "beloved by clouds." In the same language, I chose Jaldhar, which means "clouds" (or "holder of water") for her mate. I am tickled by how the names fell together for this mated pair.
- Ghanapriya as intersex and gender fluid came about for a few reasons. First, positive representation, but also because she has male elements throughout, being colored like a male peacock and her full name (Ghanapriya) is also traditionally male but more unisex these days.

"Ghanapriya: I love the balance between the dragon and apparel/accent. Her wearables accentuate her without overshadowing her own genes and colors."
