Crutch
Anything that serves as a temporary and often inappropriate support; A staff or support to assist a lame or infirm person in walking.

Personality

Crutch is one tough dragoness, she doesn't take crap from anybody.She is usually cold and uncaring towards others, unless they make an effort to get to know her. Despite her initially unfeeling exterior, Crutch is actually a very intellectual dragon and appreciates the world around her. She always had a love fore flowers and despite how 'girly' they're made to be, flowers are often times more durable than any mortal.

Crutch sees this as a lesson and so she does take pride in her natural beauty and takes care of herself to maintain it. Just because a woman or anything else is beautiful, doesn't mean they're fragile and Crutch is defiantly not fragile.

She has a very overbearing and heavy presence about her, in a sense that one can't just ignore her. If she wants something, she takes it and a mix of sheer brute strength and size have intimidate some of the biggest imperials. Crutch doesn't mess around, not if her clan is concerned. This loyalty and sense of duty comes from seeing the unjustness that her species so often suffers from, abuse, harassment, all of it. It happened far too often.

It's because of this often times brash and intimidating aura the others tend to steer clear of Crutch, but she truly doesn't mind socializing, as long as it's not about stupid things. She cracks jokes and laughs just like anyone else, it kinda sucks that others don't see that part of her very often. Most don't even try.

Biography

Crutch distinctly remembers being born into a crowded nesting area of bogskinks, it was damp and rather dark and someone would always hiss when they were stepped on. Much like herself, since she was small at the time and stepped on frequently. It's probably why she's so snappy and likes her personal space most the time.

She quickly grew tired of the living situation and both of her parents noticed and complied once they saw her clawing her way out of the nook. They helped her put as they followed with the rest of Crutch's siblings. It felt so great to finally have room to stretch and run around, the young skinks soon turned to rough housing with one another as their parents watched, amused.

It wasn't long before Crutch's mind turned to the wise world around her and she was amused by almost everything, especially flowers. She wasn't sure just what about the seemingly fragile plants allured her so greatly, but it was something she just couldn't shake. SHe often brought back flower arrangements for each of her parents and for a while they believed she'd take up a more passive position than what was common for a bogskink.

Hiwever, that didn't last long, because Crutch did indeed love flowers, but she loved a good fight just as much. Often coming home with a busted face or hands as a result and partially taking after her mother's hard attitude. At the time, the young teen was scolded countless times for getting into unnecessary fights, but she was always claimed they weren't pointless.

"They thought I was weak just because I'm a girl, so I politely kicked their *** to prove otherwise."

"Gil"
Gil is a very loving and loyal swan, well, loyal to Crutch anyway. He himself is quite the ladies man, which amuses his dragon companion a great deal. Crutch often encourages the young male swan to keep trying, he'll find true love one day.

As loving as Gil may be, he is also a fearsome fighter and will harass anyone if they harm his companion. He's even got his own fancy set or silver armor.
