Reflection

No one knows where she came from, but when she makes an appearance and lets out her mournful wail, it means death is soon to come for the dragon she has showed herself to. That's why residents near the waters of the Starfall Isles call her the Glowing Siren or the Half-Masked Reaper. But above all, Reflection is the name dragons refer to her as the most, as she is only ever seen when moonlight bounces off the dark waters surroundings the Isles.

The clan leader Ender of Rêves Infinis thought Reflection was an urban legend until he met Eirian, a chaotic ghost that took a liking to his clan. While Ender was relocating a mirror in his room, Eirian casually summoned Reflection, who replaced Ender on the other side of the mirror.

Ender almost dropped the glass mantle and scolded Eirian for frightening him. The Spiral cackled in delight before disappearing, leaving him alone with a ghost that supposedly heralded death.

"You're not going to die yet," Reflection assured him. "But if you would be so kind, I would like to make this mirror my home. It's very large and clean, and I find it rather comfortable."

Ender didn't mind that the mirror was now possessed, but in exchange for a home, he requested that Reflection must aid his clan in the event it is ever attacked. She agreed, and even promised that his clan members would be immune to her supernatural influences.

He asked Reflection if she would like to overlook a different room. Now, a large mirror sits in the clan's alchemical brewery. It is known to move on its own despite never being touched. Sometimes, the alchemists claim to see a mysterious figure fly past, but it is too translucent and far too fast for its features to be made out properly. The alchemists have complained about this mirror and claim it is haunted to Ender and Rose, but the Guardians laugh it off as a joke. In truth, it is better for the clan's sound of mind if they don't know about the harbinger of death living amongst them.
