Biography
Yubaba, The Empress
Yubaba was born on the edge of the Tangled Wood, and wandered into Dragonhome quite by accident. She was found by an old dragon - an ailing matriarch who ruled in the name of the Earthshaker - and raised as an heir; eventually reaping the benefits.
Now, the old matriarch is dead - and Yubaba rules in her place. Her namesake is lost, her homeland is foreign.
She is still very obviously not an Earth dragon, not really - with her dark eyes, twisted sense of humor, spells, and vindictive tendencies. And especially her fables - stories about dragons that only hunt at night, and whisper in the dark - she knows nothing about the old Earthshaker and his wise intentions.
No, she is not an Earth dragon. But she keeps a close eye on her clan, and protects them fiercely.
