Peces

He takes care of the hatchlings from the time they’re hatched till the day they’re sold, and it’s definitely not a one-dragon job. He never expected this level of responsibility, but with practice he’s gotten to be a pretty good surrogate dad.

He tells them there’s nothing wrong with being exalted, and that even though he’s never met him, the Windsinger seems like a pretty good god to work for. And (if the nest isn’t mixed-species) that Dad favors Skydancers the most.

And he tries not to miss them when they go.
