Story

A dragon of light heritage, Talon loves to collect knowledge. He considers himself a high-born scholar, and his manner is very regal. He loves to dress up, and is not big on leaving his supplies and clothes at home. However, one day he decided he needed to leave his home in the Lightweaver's domain to gather research about the Icewarden's domain for a book he was writing. He set out, ready to discover the ice's secrets.
However, he discovered one secret too many when he ran into a pack of bloodthirsty winter wolves. The canines toyed with their travel-worn prey, slowly sapping his strength with well-placed nips and scratches. Talon had all but resigned himself to his fate when, from the snow-darkened sy, a beautiful, pure white dragoness appeared. With ease, the pearlcatcher female drove the wolves away. She then carried the injured Talon home to her clan, where she and the clan's healer nursed him back to heath.
While he recovered, Talon fell in love with the white dragoness, whose name he learned was Iyse. She, like him, was a calm and dignified dragon with a passion for knowledge that she put to use learning both the role of healer and seer. She, likewise, came to adore him, and they have since become soulmates.
