The chosen child of Kravitz, Hecaba is a hugely talented witch and alchemist. They functionally work as the defacto head teacher for younger or less skilled witches and alchemists of the coven. They are a gifted and effective teacher, but often pushes their pupils too hard which has earned them some consternation from Butch, the coven's head of medicine.

Their close relationships are tumultuous and complicated. They have a lot of resentment for the way their father, Kravitz, raised them, and they generally avoid him as much as possible. Their relationship with their bonded partner, Doosa, is both a source of great joy and great frustration.

They care little for what they perceive as the petty squabbles of the "Dignataries" of the clan. They view most of them as pampered and whiny. They genuinely do not care about maintaining any positive connections with the rest of the light flight as a whole.
