Dev is a nice and fluffy Tundra dragon who always seems to be radiating heat, and has a rather deep voice. He's also the unofficial leader/dad of the clan, thanks to him being somewhat intimidating among all that fluff. Just about everyone listens to him. His hobbies include eating, sleeping, and making fun of how short smaller dragons are compared to him, including hatchlings and Fae. Despite all of his teasing and lack of motivation, Dev is a pretty protective and caring dragon. If there's any dragon in need of warmth or advice, he won't hesitate to give it to them, although his advice almost always contains violence as the answer. Especially protective of any brain-damaged dragons.

Some say (in other words Kou), that Dev is centuries old, even back to when Third Age ended. This is, of course, ridiculous, but Dev enjoys letting the word spread around to new hatchlings or dragons. He loves to spout nonsense about what times were like then, but he pulls it out of thin air. Silent frequently calls him out on it, but he just keeps prattling on.

Another rumor was spread by Silent, which is the reason that Dev always seems to stay warm. She claims that his blood is a special type, which is simply called ‘Fire-blood.’ Dev neither confirms nor denies this, but he will occasionally change the subject whenever it arises.

A few of the newer dragons argue on whether or not his curled horns are real or not. Even some of the older dragons don't know themselves. Every time a dragon tries to pull on one of his hons, they usually get swatted away in the process. Most agree that they are real, but many still have their doubts.
