Rosie joined the clan when they sent out a request for an architect to repair the crumbling castle (before it collapsed and let the weather in on the books). She was eager to leave her birth clan, in the fear that is was close to collapsing. Since the repairs have been finished, she is now working to make the castle more habitable for flight-challenged beings such as herself. Speaks with a slow drawl suited for hot climates.

Her primary familiar is a stout-hearted Shalebuck who was originally awakened under the guidance of Ilsabeth. However, she has now taken on a Renegade Aviar and has high hopes that they might be persuaded to work on some fine-tuned carving Rosie has been dreaming up in her spare time, especially since they have stopped pooping all over her notes. They seem to much prefer their current life of artistic pursuit over the warlike life the rest of the Aviars seem to be pursuing these days.

A kind dragon with simple needs, Rosie prefers sturdy, monumental designs in her work. Most of the elegant stone reliefs around the castle can be attributed to her familiar, a plucky Renegade Aviar.
