Daiki

Daiki was born and raised in the Southern Icefield. But although he was loved by his parents and had a good live there, he always had the feeling that he didn't belong there and wasn't really able to warm up to any of his fellow clanmembers. And so he eventually decided to leave his birth Clan in search for...something or someplace. He didn't really know himself. As he was wandering through Sorneith, the Pearlcatcher heared stories from a Clan located somewhere in the Scarred Wasteland that supposedly was "a refuge for the scum of dragonkind". That piqued Daiki's interest and he wanted to see for himself if that Clan really did justice to it's bad reputation. He traveled to the Plaguebringer's domain and, after some asking around, found Eternal Night's territory. Since the Pearlcatcher didn't know the location of their Hideout nor wanted to invade their territory, he made camp at the border and hoped that one of the Clan members would pass by sooner or later. And it actually wasn't long until a patrol passed by and asked him what buisness he had here and, after a short explanation from Daiki, agreed to lead him to their Hideout. There, the male's first impression was that of a normal Clan. Although some members indeed seemed a little bit shady, the Pearlcatcher came to the conclusion that most stories he heared were an overstatement and after a longer conversation with the Clan's leader, Daiki decided to join them.
He was surprised of how easily he was able to settle in his new Clan and get used to the plague-ridden landscape. He quickly became friends with Reika despite her being almost the complete opposite and later confessed his feelings to her.

Cold as the element he controls. That's what most dragons would describe Daiki. But while he indeed approaches most situations calculative and with a clear mind, he is not an emotionless dragon. He is just not fond of showing them so openly. He has a lot of patience that only his mate is able to put to the test, which may be one of the reasons why Daiki is so intrigued by her. Other then his mate, he doesn't make a big deal out of his skills and doesn't mind to be critizied as he could learn from it. He approaches everything without any prejudice as he always wants to see things for himself. Always leaves a trail of hoarfrost when he walks.


Daiki is capable of creating ice, using the air moisture. In battle, he uses that ability to either errect barriers of solid ice to shield his comrades or create projectiles that he shoots at his foes. Due to him not being physically strong, he tries to avoid direct confrontations with the enemy. When the air is dry and there's no water or other liquid near, Daiki could also create ice from his pure magic, but this would come at the cost of a great deal of his energy, so he refrains from doing this unless there is no other choice.
