Rusted Crown Belial was once the leader of the Cryptkeepers, the Tomb Warden, just as Necrosyrtes is, but his weak mind and his arrogance cut his reign short. His abilities were flawed, and the spirits did not favor him. He was so eager to take and consume, but he never gave back. So now he remains in the Court of the Dancing Flame, not exiled, but not accepted, cursed to live forever and never to cross over, for his tampering with the necromancers has damned him eternally.
