VRITRA • Traveling Merchant

Another of the clan’s traveling merchants, though Vritra’s sales operations are much smaller than either Mara’s or Iduna’s. He’s more like a peddler in that regard. Most of his goods aren’t really useful, usually just snacks or novelty products, but due to the “curse” placed upon him at his hatching, Vritra can make even these seem like priceless treasures. He doesn’t stay in one place for long, largely because the effects of his silver-tongued speech wear off after a while.

Garvey the Renegade Aviar • Sales Assistant of Vritra "Garvey's simple language and manners conceal a sharp brain for business and a wry, world-weary sense of humor. Originally unhappy with his job of guarding his Aviar clan, he was convinced by Vritra to quit and then sign on as the Bogsneak's assistant. Although he and Vritra get along, he now understands the nature of the Bogsneak's curse and is always worried it could get him and his associate into trouble. So far, however, he and Vritra have managed to wiggle out of any difficulties, and at the moment, his greatest annoyance is dealing with Vritra's curse, which occasionally results in Garvey's name being mangled as 'Harvey' or 'Gavin'." |
