Roegen

The trusted general of the Lustersun Lair, Roegen appeared many years ago and formed an instantaneous connection with Dovus. The two appeared as brothers, building the clan up from the ground. From the dawn of the clan, Roegen has been unanimously hailed as the second-in-command, the only dragon (save for Sol) that could speak on behalf of the monarch and lead in his absence.

Facing his fair share of trials in this position of power, Roegen has defended his ranking against many dragons who considered themselves worthy of the trust of their monarch. Only once has Roegen acknowledged the value of another dragon to their monarch, and the whispers of such a dragon have turned to rumours, the truth known only to the monarch's family and their general.

More often these days, Roegen is considered an elder than a soldier, choosing to observe the more youthful dragons' sparring and training than actively engaging with them. It has been many years since a dragon has challenged him, his age and experience typically satisfying the younger and newer arrivals. Still, he is not above advising others on their abilities, and he remains the vanguard of the clan's forces should battle fall upon them.
