Main Theme:“The Night We Met”

______ Terra was not born, but conceived by the very hands of the creator. The Grim Reaper may exist, but only one soul could not do the handywork of ending so many. Therefore, Reapers were created. ‘Terra’ was a name given to her by the living, standing for earth; which has stuck with her vessel for countless millennia. Her appearance is but a disguise of her true form, a dark figure as dark as the night sky. The vessel she’d decided on was one that seemed welcoming, a disguise of the darkness within. Although their true forms are quite frightening, Reapers are quite kind and gentle creatures. They give off a cool aura, one of comfort. They are called angels of death for a reason.

______ The clan that Terra currently resides in is lead by a quite just and fearless leader named Deidra, whom the Reaper has grown quite fond of. She always dreads having to be the one to inflict fate on those she has learned to show sympathy and love for, but it’s her duty to carry out Nature’s laws. Without these laws, and without death, life would be chaos. Eventually, the first generation of this clan would die out as any other, and she would be forced to move on.

______ When Terra was conceived, she was given an extremely specific set of rules to follow and live by in the mortal world. Never show your true identity as a Reaper to the living, never show mercy, no matter how diligently one begs, and never fall in love. Falling in love would have the most severe consequences. The repercussion would be the death sentence. Ironic, isn’t it? Killing death sounds quite tricky, but it’s actually quite simple. But, only other reapers, or death himself would be able to kill one of their brothers or sisters.
