As Anthem named you, so shall you be. But remember; a name has many meanings. Just because one refuses to fit does not mean the others do not.

Fozhan was the first of her siblings to have gotten any form of the curse what plagues her parents at hatching, even though she does not share their horrid appetites. As a young dragon, she often heard things that weren't there to others, and to this day still does.
Though she has better control of it in her young adulthood, she is still haunted by those who no longer walk or fly in this plane of existence. She also has the gift of Foresight, though it is extremely picky and usually only gives her what she needs to know by coming into contact with another dragon.
Like most Mirrors, she doesn't speak often. However, if she sees something by touching someone, she feels obligated to whisper it in their ear. Not maliciously, by any means, but by some pact unknown to everyone around her but herself. Both of her parents find this ability useful in many things, mostly in determining if a shifty visitor is viable as food.
The jewels she wears are not only a sign of her relationship to the Voices of Weyr Persepolis, but also a sign of clarity for herself. To those with similar abilities to hers, voices can be heard whispering from the stones, and she uses a fair few of them to see clearly into what the future holds for those who touch them, not unlike a seer's seeing glass.
