The second part of the strange duo Skydancers who live on the outskirts of the clan boundaries. Halflight arrived at the clan at the same time as his partner Firstlight, and soon took up residence as the clan mystic, using cards to tell fortunes and impart guidance on others. The two also took up the title of 'skywatchers', predicting weather patterns and observing the skies for changes in weather and any airborne arrivals. Halflight serves as the evening skywatcher.

Halflight is the more sociable of the two, although his mannerisms and mystical personality tend to give him a very odd vibe to most of the other clan members. He really likes purple things, and tends to hoard them in a wood and bamboo lined cave, which also doubles as a card reading room and nest for him.
