V L A D Ambitious | Caring | Adventurous "QUOTE HERE" Vlad is a loyal and compassionate dragon with a very...odd sense of humor. For some reason, other dragons just don't think what he thinks is funny-they just laugh awkwardly after one of his "very funny" jokes, and assure him that it's funny. Excluding this minor setback, Vlad still tries his best to please himself as well as his clan, and tries to focus more on the future than the past. Vlad has always been a very adventurous dragon, from the moment he was hatched. However, despite his curious and adventurous nature, he reluctantly settled down to manage his clan at the bidding of both his lover and her former clan leader. Being a leader since a hatchling, Vlad succeeded greatly and still is, bringing his new clan to happiness and prosperity, eliminating traitors and training the warriors harshly and mercilessly-at least when he still trained them. Nowadays, Vlad is usually found in the Throne Room, looking at reports and planning his next move, while the experienced dragons he trained busily train the warriors. After retiring from battle, Vlad sometimes itches to fight again, so he sometimes gets bit temperamental, especially after day after day of sitting down and reading reports. As always, Vlad tries his best to be reasonable to suggestions, yet firm when it is needed. Dragons under his rule look up to him while younger ones fear him a little, but his close friends respect and like him, although they might pause at times when he cracks one of his..."jokes". |

S T O R Y Vlad was born on a cold night in early spring, on an unknown island between several continents in Sornieth, alone with only the three waning moons for company. Throughout his early years, Vlad explored what he came to know as "his" island, reaching every corner of it until he knew it by heart, then again, and again, and again... He attempted to fly out many times, but his weak Tundra wings did not yet allow him to lift his small hatchling body off the ground, but for a few seconds. In response, the young hatchling tried many ways to strengthen his wing muscles, resulting in hurting them a few times, as his wings were not yet fully grown. When Vlad was finally able to fly, he immediately flew to the Southern Icefield, where his instincts brought him. When he arrived, he found other dragons of his kind, and immediately befriended many dragons with his charismatic personality. Over the next few years, Vlad traveled to all the different continents in Sornieth, getting to know dragons of all kinds, before finally traveling to the Sunbeam Ruins. |
