Biography
Don't let her small size fool you. Brooke's main area of expertise is manipulation. She can often sway bigger dragons into fighting her battles for her. If not willingly, then by force. If she has to, she will use mind control to force large dragons into fighting for her.
But she tries not to resort to that.
Brooke may be a bit on the mischievous side, but once you fully earn her trust, not only are you safe from her mind control, but she will the most loyal friend you could hope for. And although her diet is mainly bugs, she befriended a luna mith and the two are almost inseparable. She's very close to Polycarp and treats her as if she were her own daughter.
Polycarp and Brooke are now operating their own alchemy business. Brooke is in charge of gathering ingredients and advertising. She also helped Polycarp raise her children while also raising her own.
Brooke enjoys teasing Lennox quite frequently. It turns out that their little "rivalry" has blossomed into a full-on romantic affair. She's very protective of him and vice versa. They produce many hatchlings together, and the majority of these hatchlings enter into service for the Tidelord, one of the highest honors of Water dragons. However, with Tidelord's disappearance, most hatchlings instead join the collective effort to search for him.
Brooke has a strong alliance with a dragon named Krystal, the leader of a lightning clan. They've made an agreement to exchange hatchlings from both clans as a symbol of their friendship.
When the Tidelord first went silent, Brooke immediately felt that something was horribly wrong. She ventured into the depths of the Spiral Keep, which only confirmed her suspicion--Tidelord was gone.
Brooke wasted no time in organizing search parties. Everyone in the lair was ordered to participate, no matter how new they were or their original elemental affiliation. Finding Tidelord was their number one priority and they would spare no effort.
As time passed and there was still no sign of Tidelord, the Mystics became weary and frustrated. Even Brooke herself was tired. Finally, realizing this was going nowhere, Brooke made the difficult decision to give up on Tidelord entirely. The clan would simply have to move on without him.
While this news was welcome by most, some were deeply upset by this decision. Brooke was a strong leader, but they felt lost without Tidelord's guidance. And some, out of desperation, even turned to worshiping Brooke herself as though she were a goddess. She adamantly discourages this.
Despite these few setbacks, the clan has learned to live without Tidelord. In fact, the clan is thriving without him. Their numbers are growing, and with that, so is their wealth. They have plenty of hunters to replenish food supplies, strong warriors to defend their territory, and plenty of clan spirit and morale.
As far as the Mystics are concerned, Tidelord is gone forever, and they're at peace with that.
