Biography
Kang
The Straight Man
Along with Kor and Koloth, Kang defends the clan against the beasts and enemies that may threaten them.
Kang often feels that he's the only voice of reason among his much more boisterous brothers. Both in battle and in personal matters, Kang prides himself on being more calculating and cautious. His brothers often mock him for this, but he's also the first one that they come to for help or advice when something goes wrong.
Despite his more cautious attitude, Kang still loves the thrill of battle, and never shies away from a challenge. His brothers will be the first to say that despite his cautious nature, he's not a coward.
Of all the warriors, Kang has the best relationship with the scientists in the clan, having more patience to put up with what the others label "technobabble." He has a crush on Enyo, Sinclair's new assistant, but has yet to make his feelings known. He gathers trinkets for her on every expedition with his brothers and Karos, something none of them have stopped teasing him for, but he finds himself unable to stop. He also spends a good portion of his time with her when he's home, which has made the two of them a hot topic for gossip in the clan. While his brothers urge him to just take the leap, Kang cannot shake his more cautious nature in all things.
He wears a red ribbon that Enyo gave him "for luck," saying that she wanted to give him something that tied him back to home. He wears it diligently, despite the fact that he knows his brothers are laughing behind his back (and quite often to his face as well). (Unknown to Kang, Enyo has also laughed along with Kor and Koloth about it. They all know it looks ridiculous on him.)
