BIOGRAPHY

____Aising does not remember much of her hatchling hood. Not much more than her father and uncle. How she valued their comradery! Hard to gain trust—but devote and honorable once it is attained. Her morality carried on as she teetered through lairs. Tasha, during one of her visits to a far off market for her clan, was drawn by the mysterious magic Aising produced. Even more curious—they’d both had visions of one another’s meetings. With permission from her old clan, Aising left to join the magic and technologically rending exploits of the Qoo. There she settled into the role of a second-mystic in Auraculum, Chronicle, Delphi and Tasha’s circle, as well as taking up Guard duty when Calamity is away to visit his mate and spare guard duty in an allied clan lead by a Fae named Ayla. She had a curious magic, too…

____Her duties made her a common sight among the clan as well as disappearing during certain rituals and sessions within the circle. Yukio, a Pearlcatcher whom prided himself as a hunter and lair protector under Lucifer’s order, caught Aising’s eye. At first, their conversations were brief, held together with sheer politeness and tact during their duties. She found him quite curious—having had children to foreign dragons whom only wanted to breed for their genetics…Yet he did not respond to her in such a way, despite being of the same colorations! Well…Almost. This allowed her to relax around his presence. Soon enough, she came to love and appreciate his company…

Relationships

____Aising is a caring and compassionate individual whom often speaks in ‘far out’ tongues. Hatchlings see her as a second mother, Calamity sees her as a worthy replacement, and Auraculum respects her interpretations of visions. She finds Chronicle’s ‘condition’ unfortunate but irritating, but she does not hold his Cursed Tongue against him. To those Aising considers an enemy, she shows no mercy, and will fight until the very last breath to protect the Qoo if she deems no speaking will yield a peaceful resolution. Yukio, and as a result Saphir, are common sights around her. She dearly loves them both.

Rivals

____While the term ‘rival’ is often ugly—when Aising uses the term, it is a term of utmost respect as an equal and someone she wishes to one day surpass. It is a healthy, mutual respect to push one another, while at the same time protecting and defending one another’s slate. She views Calamity as such. Stating that Calamity is lithe, and quite nimble for his size, she wishes to one day surpass his manipulation of magic and physical strikes—which will take a while due to her being so ‘squishy’ physically still.

Duties

____Magic is finicky. It must be woven through determination, skill, mastery, and otherwise hard work. Tasha appointed her as a teacher of the arts to dragons and hatchlings whom are struggling with her gift. Sometimes dragons return to the Qoo, complimenting her on her patience and skill with even the most unruly of arcane energies. She appreciates every single compliment, but with modesty and grace. She knows there are far better mages than herself, but she is aware that she is destined to guide and help. It has been so since she first slept.

Seer abilities.

____Aising is a Seer by birth and often partakes in divination via sleeping or meditating. One may hear the term Seer replaced by “Dream Weaver”, or one whom weaves the meaning of dreams into comprehensive and tangible thoughts. She believes every dragon has the ability to become a seer with practice—It’s simply harder for some dragons to understand what the weave has given them to work with.

“Hatchlings show promise, even within the egg. Remember to plant a tree—even if you may not ever be able to enjoy its shade.”

“Blessings are given, as are Curses. Too much of a good thing can be bad—and there are blessings hidden within curses. Chronicle is cursed to rhyme in turn to use his ability to properly divine the fortunes of others. He has found a Blessing within his Curse. That is an admirable but rare trait.”

“Dragon, Mer, Beast or Serthis—everything has endless possibilities for their lives. I am only able to tell you what is most likely to happen. If it is misfortune, then I pray my warnings will heed you. If it is bounty, then I wish you to seize it. Never wish ill upon anyone.”

“You do not demand respect. It is not commanded. It is given through hard work and labor. The same applies for truth, although the two vary in which is more tedious to work up.”
