Ruth loves to tinker. Ever since she was young, she had been making things, and as she grew older, she wanted to use more unique and hard to get a hold of materials to create her masterpieces. The idea of using Arcane materials to further her research excited her, so she made her way to the Arcane Territories and Devishtari's Clan. She was welcomed with open arms since her skills were valued. Ruth created her own special gauntlet, and she lets her golem handle the smaller, more delicate jobs where her claws are too big to deal with. Ruth often has an electric current surrounding her, because of her golem and her craft, and she happens to shock and zap other dragons accidentally. She usually tries to make up for it with a corny joke, depending on how injured or upset the dragon is. Due to her knowledge of structural integrity from her home clan, Ruth has helped dig out some of the larger dens in the clan, keeping them from collapsing by collaborating with Smokey. Ruth is one of the main scavengers of the clan, hoarding all the metal bits and pieces she can manage She occasionally makes deals with Kabiri with the metal she scavenges. |

You tune Ruth out as she keeps talking to you, to take a look around. Her den and hybrid lab is full of wire and scrap, and its a miracle that a dragon her size is able to walk around with ease, especially with that bulky apparel. Speaking of apparel, she snaps her goggles back over her eyes, and turns her back. She's working on something with lots of wires and sparks, and while she's attired to take the sparks, you aren't. You shuffle back, taking the moment of Ruth's focus to take in more information: Her walls are covered with tools, along with papers; It must be plans for future or past projects? One in particular catches your eye, because Ruth has used coloured ink for this one, when none of the other scrolls are blessed with this feature. It was clearly made with great care, and in fact, this design looks... familiar ? There was one of these....machines in the main gathering area of the Clan, but you had given it a wide berth. |
