Biography
Tanjou Clan. Ragged Fashion. |
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ"All full of want. As if the shape of the world depended
on her mood." |
・ ・ Chaotic Good ○ |
Amajo grew up and spent all her childhood with her parents, being pampered by her clan like a little princess even after reaching adulthood. As a hatchling, she was never able to understand why everyone were treating her and her family in such a special way, as if they were some kind of royalty or even deities themselves. However, the reason was their unique colours - their appearance, so rare for Coatls who were rare themselves. It was quite hard for Amajo to decide where she wants to go, as all roads were unlocked for her - almost each clan would've been happy to welcome such a gorgeous lady. Time was passing, but Amajo was still at her homeclan, spoiled, egocentric, almost worshipped dragon who had nothing else to wish for. She was caring only for looks and was often humiliating others for not being as pretty and desired. Her once pure, curious soul became wicked. Seeing this, her parents knew it was time to let go, no matter how much it would hurt the well-being of the clan or their own reputation, and one night Amajo just got kicked out from her cosy place, with an admonition to only come back when she finds out about true friendship and mutual support. Being genuinely shocked and offended at first, Amajo was sure she'll find herself a new clan with no sweat, a clan which would care for her and adore her looks as before. However, not being able to hunt, read maps or even fly for a long time, she soon became hopelessly lost, hungry and ragged, and would've died if patrols of the Temple of Soul hadn't found her. They never cared how she looked like, or how she ended up here, or how famous her homeclan was. What they truly cared her, however, were her skills, or at least her pure heart. Amajo had neither. Starting at the Temple of Soul was hard. She was mocked for not being able to fish or at least sort out supplies, was mocked for her desire to dress-up only in most expensive silks, and mostly, most of all, she was mocked for having such pure, gentle, beautiful colours, which weren't fitting her ugly personality at all. World collapsed in front of the pampered princess who was forced to start anew, to pick up some basic survival skills and to learn to be useful. Still, she refuses to forget about her origins and sometimes acts spoiled - Amajo gets very nervous around dirt and grooms herself a lot to always look beautiful. After all, she prefers to only wear the best clothes and to get the fanciest food - her mate Scox is encouraging her, helping with his amazing trading skills (first out of pity, now out of shy affection). As hard as it was to teach her any practical occupations, the clan soon noticed that the 'princess' (as they were calling her sarcastically) has quite a cool fashion sense, probably as a habit from her regal past. Females of the clan would often come to ask her advice on their apparel and on wing caring routine, as well. |
