Flixi was once considered the most beautiful dragon in her clan. She resided within the Mirrorlight Promenade, and had golden eyes like her parents. However, when she moved away from her clan to explore the Icewarden's land, one of her eyes turned pure white with no pupil, and she quickly lost her ability to fly. Trapped in the frigid cold temperatures, she lost a lot of her shimmering runes to frostbite, and lost her tail. She was found half dead by Billie and brought into the cathedral so they could heal her.

Once she was accepted into Apollodor City as a resident, she found work as a peacemaker for the Candleborne Covenant, a type of holy soldier who serves to resolve disputes, and if necessary, fight to protect their people.
