Description:
The sharpest claws in all of Florabrisa! Ingot frequently battles alongside her proteges Cherrytide and Chiaroscuro to help hunt meat for or the clan, and keep its dragons safe. Ingot herself received special training from a lightning clan and is one of Florabrisa's strongest and most skilled fighters.

Though she mostly eats meat that she's hunted herself, she's always one of the first in line when Moraine sets out fresh pastries.

Outside of hunting, she's a loner who generally keeps to herself, but the rare times she comes out to socialize, she's an absolute riot.

She hates being touched. Please do not touch her unless you want to test how sharp her claws really are.

Background:
Ingot was a lithe hunter in a fierce pack of roaming mirrors, but after a messy battle landed her a debilitating injury, the pack left her behind. She could barely move, but with all the strength she could muster, she starting crawling, slowly making her way to a nearby dirt path. She could only hope it'd take her to a dragon settlement, anywhere she could find help. She dragged herself along the path for days, growing weaker each time she faded in and out of consciousness. She was a nearly lifeless bump on the road when Acantha and Kyurem stumbled upon her body. The duo sprang into action and brought her back to Florabrisa.

Florabrisa probably shouldn't be your first choice for medical treatment, but the clan healers were able to help Ingot regain consciousness and Florabrisa was more than willing to take the injured mirror in. She was given a bed to stay in while she recovered, a radio to keep her entertained, and all the food she wanted in the mean time. Unfortunately, there wasn't much meat to go around. She missed having fresh kills to eat, and had no taste for most of the clan's vegetarian staples, but she found herself quite fond of founder Moraine's baked goods. Along with Snoatl's live radio performances, those pastries came to be her biggest solace while confined to bed.

Ingot's recovery was slow and she eagerly awaited the day she could stretch her legs again. Given the rather sudden changes to her diet and physical activity, she found she put on a bit of weight while recovering, but she didn't mind. After several months of bed rest and several more weeks of physical therapy, she could regain her muscle mass. Before she knew it, she had recovered enough to fight and hunt again, and she felt as fearsome as ever.

Though more than anything she wanted to rejoin a mirror hunting pack, she felt indebted to Florabrisa, even though the clan had asked for nothing in return. As payment for taking such good care of her in her time of need, Ingot offered to be a protector for the clan, as Florabrisa was noticeably lacking in skilled fighters. She also met warriors-in-training Cherry and Chiara, and took up training the eager teens who had strength but lacked proper fighting techniques. And perhaps most importantly, she took on a role as a hunter, to keep the clan's meat stocks up and so no more unfortunate carnivores would be left with nothing but plants to eat.

She planned to leave within the year, but she soon realized nobody considered her a guest anymore. She was part of the community. She felt a sense of purpose, and couldn't bring herself to give up her new life.

She's been in Florabrisa a few years now, and though sometimes she still longs to rejoin a mirror pack (sadly, none of the other mirrors in Florabrisa are fighters), she's grown far too fond of Florabrisa to think about leaving anymore. She may not completely fit with the clan's flowery, pacifistic culture, but she's a Florabrisian and she couldn't be happier.

Favorites:
Ingot has excelled at hunting her whole life, and says her one true love is the heat of battle. She basks in the smell of blood from a kill and prefers eating meat raw, as fresh as it can possibly be. Since living in Florabrisa , she has acquired more of a taste for cooked food - particularly Moraine's croissants and Ricotta's cheesecakes. She will not tolerate any added fruit, though.

Though she doesn't have strong magic, Ingot is very skilled at sneaking around in the shadows, unnoticed by others. Ingot is proud of her toughness and never shies away from showing off her strength in a friendly wrestling match. She's won against guardians!

Appearance:
Ingot has a somewhat large stature for a mirror, further enhanced by her bulk. She's very muscular and very fat, with no reservations about using her size to her advantage. Her fanned crest is pointy and Ingot usually keeps hers lifted upwards.

Ingot likes to keep herself covered up in armor when she goes out hunting, to minimize potential accidents. She is rarely seen without her favorite scarf, and has studded her wings with piercings. She's very attached to her white kilt and refuses to get a new one even with all the battle damage its taken through the years.
