Personality
Kokyu is furious. He believes it to be very unfair that a young Coatl such as himself seems to have the body of an elderly dragon, and he hates the social stigma his clan puts on him. He's sick of being stuck alone in a room until one of the healthier Coatls comes to visit him or let him out. He's sick of feeling pain every time he moves, of fracturing bones when he bumps into things. Overall, he's angry, perhaps angry enough to start a rebellion of sorts. Only time will tell.
Background
Born in a lair where sickness lingered in the air, Kokyu was in quite the rush to get out before he was too large to move through the entrance to the lair. He believed he had only asthma, and so he set out to find a clan that would take him in. It wasn't hard; what clan would turn away a little hatchling?

Most of them, as it turned out. It wasn't the asthma that caused them to turn him away. It was his colors and the asthma. Many clans had heard of the Nosos virus, and wanted nothing to do with it whatsoever. If that meant turning away a desperate hatchling, they would turn away a desperate hatchling, and so he wandered alone.

As the years passed, he could feel his body beginning to fail him, sense the brittling of his bones and the failing of his sight. Instead of fearing his illness, a deep hatred for it began to broil in him, a simmering that only grew hotter as clan after clan abandoned him. He took to assassinating the leaders of the clans that denied them through whatever means he could, sometimes going so far as to bribe other members of the clan. It was a considerable shock to him when a clan finally took him in, only to imprison him in the back of their lair.

Now, he waits until it is time to lead a revolt.
