Mukmuriti

Like all paler members of his kind, Mukmuriti is something of a pariah among other coatls, but he is even further handicapped by disease damage to the structures that allow him to interpret the vibrations of the breed's native tongue. However, his attitude remains bright and hospitable; he is quite friendly, and far more energetic than his sickly colors would suggest.

Mukmuriti is always ready with a song. Though his damaged 'hearing' has also affected his ability to properly speak, he is quite handy with a lute and has learned its technicalites with precision, often expressing his thoughts or observations though both short strings of notes and long, involved movements. Though he is primarily an entertainer among the clan it is far more than that: in a very real way, the instrument has become his voice. His child, Minimus, often helps him to tune it, as he cannot tell when it is out of tune himself.
