______ Eldest son of Ezra and Lanai, Mirkwood was the first hatchling born into the fully established House of Glade. Named after the fallen forest of Tolkien's Middle Earth, Mirkwood lived up to his namesake; being a dangerous predator of his clan with a sneaky personality to match. Mirkwood, like his cousin Anduin, has a curiosity for the Wind flight and will often listen to the leaves whisper to him.

______ As great-grandson of Pyris, Mirkwood never understood how his father was not of the House of Glade, but he and his mother were. Finding it difficult to cope with being their only hatchling to remain in the clan, Mirkwood grew close to his cousins. When his sons Glenimere and Lochwood hatched, he vowed to keep green alive in the House of Glade…to what extent is unknown.
