Mac is the best when it comes to smooth talking new clients into new contracts, yet he's also one of few dragons who does not vie for Prospero's favour.
Resonance is the sole dragon in the clan that Mac doesn't mind being around, and that only because she shares his generally detached personality. Inadvertently the two became close, and now Mac finds himself worrying that Res has put too much of herself into maintaining the clan's facade.
