Nimitti is the energetic matriarch of Mochi's clan. Though her partner, Umbrose, is a stark contrast to her bubbly nature, the two have a very deep bond. They tend to make up for each other's shortcomings. Nimitti's memory helps in situations where Umbrose cannot seem to recall certain details, and Umbrose's larger size tends to ward off anyone who would seek to do his mate harm.

While not the leader of the clan (this mantle falls, of course, to Mochi), Nimitti is respected as the Clan Mother, as she was one of the first members of the clan, along with her mate Umbrose, and also gave birth to the first clutch of eggs born on Sable grounds. She is quite happy in her respected position. She takes it upon herself to welcome guests and new arrivals, and offer them her assistance should they require it. When not being a mother to the entire clan, she can commonly be found seated on Umbrose's head, or if he is unavailable, perched on her protective king parda, Marquis.
