Diminutive of "Marguerite", French form of Margaret; meaning "pearl".
Miette enjoys working as a courier dragon, generally running letters and bits of gossip between clans. To many, she and her mate Euclase may seem like an odd match, but she loves him dearly. The two are often seen chatting to one another, Euclase telling long, lumbering stories and Miette interspersing them with tidbits she picked up on her latest flight. euclase enjoys the varried bits of knowledge Miette brings him, and Miette will often condense and share his stories with others while she is away. This often ends up saving them time, as Euclase enjoys travelling with her and once took an entire day, from sunrise to sunrise, to tell one story.
