Vetis was born in a Shadow flight clan with his siblings. Shortly after his hatching he was given away by his birth home to live in Death Clan, who had apparently done a favor for his parents' clan that made him the payment, where he grew under their teachings unlike his nest mates back in his birth clan, who died shortly after hatching. He would come to realize this was because of his strange magic. He wasn't born with it but being inexperienced and without a true parent to teach him, Vetis became consumed with the darkness.

This darkness changed him so his personality and mind reflected that of his fur. Vetis learned to be charming and alluring to male and female dragons to earn their trust... Once it was earned they found they had mistaken his intentions but could no longer escape. They met their fate quickly enough if they were lucky. He of course claimed to not use his talents on his clanmates but that could be debatable depending on who was asked, so far at least, no dragon has gone missing.

Vetis' gifts granted him a place under Apollyon's teachings of the demonic nature to help him control his dark urges. After they were somewhat tamed, for one could never truely trap a warped dragon of his kind, he was given a place in the clan by Cerberus. He had proven his worth in bending other dragons to his will and his leader clearly wanted to use Vetis' charm to gain alliances from other clans. He of course accepted the offer, he wasn't completely evil, a small part of him was still that innocent hatchling that enjoyed helping others after all.

After coming this far in his life, something Vetis never expected considering how he'd ended up in Death Clan, Vetis has truly found his loyalty lies with these Plague flight dragons. Earlier on he might've nearly become Plague Bringer's servant but thanks to his seduction skills and teachings in magic he has come to serve faithfully under his leader. While he doesn't have a mate, Vetis does tend to eye dragonesses with a hungry gaze, either from thirst or love interest could depend, but he knows one day they will fall for his looks and charm... When they do they could end up regretting that choice...
