Amnis
Clan Leader | Mutation: Pink Eyes (formerly colorless)

Intro
Amnis is the level-headed, relaxed leader of Clan Spectrae. While leadership of the clan, technically is in Amnis' paws, but due to her relaxed nature the chain of command often transfers to the warrior Anthozoa instead.

History
The Clan Spectrae used to be a wandering, nomadic tribe of dragons, with no true place to call home, and spent the bulk of its time fending off the always-present Beastclans that would attack any potential settlers.

Until, one day, a small orphaned Tundra was found mewling at the scene of a beastclan attack. Assumed orphaned, she was taken in, but was avoided by her Clanmates; her eyes blank and white, with no color in them, not even the off-color white of the Ice Flight.

The tribe was not used to caring for hatchlings, but they tried their best, and she quickly grew into a wise, calm Tundra, who wore a helmet to hide her face, and her dead, colorless eyes in particular. Years afterwards, the tribe had rested in the Focal Point, only to be almost annihilated by the Centaurs that lived there; it was at this point that Amnis decided to try and seek the protection of the area's guardian deity, the Arcanist. She slowly made her way up the many floors of the observatory, running into the occasional Clan that had made its home there.

At last she reached the top, tired but finding renewed vigor as her eyes laid upon the Arcanist's massive body. She bowed to him, and requested land free of beastclans so her tribe could prosper. After what seemed like hours of deliberation, she heard a reply.

"I will take on your tribe and its charges, however, I request one thing. When your Clan is powerful enough, use its power to aid smaller, weaker clans in Arcane that cannot fend off the beasts."

She agreed, and though she could not see it, at that moment her eyes became saturated with pink, a sign of her undying allegiance to the deity of wisdom and the cosmos.

This feeling of loyalty to the Arcanist led to her choosing to house the Clan at the very bottom of the Observatory when it came time to move to a larger area-one of the few times she was not swayed by dissenters.
