Biography

R O B I N I A
bright fame -- or -- a toxic flower
Clan Leader

Robinia is rightfully known as the heart-of-the-clan. Though plain in looks and stature, she exudes a fierce warmness and refuses to judge other dragons based on their past experiences or actions. She's always bringing dragons back to the lair--broken physically or mentally--and putting them back together again. She would probably scoff at that description; she's not fixing anyone. She's just helping them to fix themselves.

It's true, too. She doesn't coddle. She demands the same participation of all the dragons in the clan; Robinia is a masterful Digger herself, and she can often be found leading the gathering crews in whatever mischief they've decided to get up to for the day.

Despite the fact that most Fae dragons have trouble communicating, Robinia has masterfully adapted to talking with other breeds. Her monotone can be a little difficult for others to understand--and almost impossible if she attempts to add inflection--but her expressive eyes often make up for any verbal shortfalls.

Sometimes there's something a little haunted in the way she brushes her wings across her newfound kin, as if somewhere along the line Robinia lost something and never quite found the words to say what she's looking for when the clan goes out to gather.

Familiar(s):
Zeeba Yvuli [hard-headed, protective, mischief-maker]
Water Sprite Annaksana [sweet, quiet, shy]
Sunbeam Ursa Solbjorn [cuddly, protective, sleepy]

Clutch history:
1. Bred to Nightshade: 04/14 (2 guardians sold and exalted: Gemini and Hirci)
Not a love match. Robinia thought having hatchlings around would cement their place as a clan. It worked quite well. Both hatchlings created political alliances and now serve the Gladekeeper.

2. Bred to Bruce: 05/14 (2 faes born and exalted: Evamarie and Sansara)
Robinia enjoyed being a mother the first time around, and though she doesn't plan to do it often, she got a little too excited during the Wavecrest Saturnalia and, well....they're happy to be parents, even if it was a bit of an accident. Both daughters agreed to serve the Lightweaver together.

Exalting Robinia to the service of the Lightweaver will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
